Website Hosting & Care Proposal
Website Hosting & Care Proposal
The short version
We'll move your website over to EZAI, keep it running smoothly, and keep it up to date — for the same amount you pay today. Nothing changes on your site unless you ask us to make a change. It's a simple, low-risk move, and we'll handle every step for you.
Step 1: Website & Email Migration
What's included
- Moving your website files and database to EZAI hosting
- Moving up to 3 email mailboxes, if your email is currently hosted with your existing provider (additional mailboxes quoted separately)
- Pointing your domain to the new hosting (DNS)
- SSL certificate setup
- Testing that pages, forms, links and email work after the move
- Handover confirmation once your site is live
Not included (quoted separately if needed)
- A rebuild if your site is on a platform that can't be moved (e.g. a proprietary builder)
- Any design or content changes
Note: The $125 fee applies to a standard website. We'll confirm after an initial review of your setup. Payable upfront before work begins.
Your Email
- If your email is already with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, it stays there and nothing changes.
- If your email is hosted with your current provider, we'll move it as part of the migration and agree the best long-term setup with you. Any new email service costs will be agreed with you before anything is set up.
Step 2: Choose Your Plan
Choose what suits you. All plans include exactly the same care — pick monthly, annual, or hosting with the business system.
Included in all plans
- Secure, reliable hosting
- SSL certificate
- Regular backups
- Plugin, theme and security updates
- Uptime monitoring
- Up to 30 minutes of content edits each month (text, images, small tweaks). Unused time does not roll over.
- Email support with a response within 24 hours
Additional work beyond the included time: quoted per job.
Domain: Your domain stays registered in your name and renewal is paid by you. When it comes up for renewal, we're happy to talk you through your options.
